Please read all of the following policies that may answer a few of your questions. By reserving a table with us, you have agreed to all of our terms and conditions. Thank You for supporting our small business!
How Our Services Work
We will be ready to serve you and have everything set up for your arrival at your chosen location and time. Once you arrive we will leave you to enjoy for the allotted time and we will be back to clean up after. Please note that you are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at our arranged time.
Payment Policy
We require a $75 non-refundable deposit to secure your picnic date and time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your picnic time. You may also have the option to pay for your picnic in full under one installment.
We accept Venmo, Paypal, or Cashapp for payment options
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations can be made within 72 hours of your picnic.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, your non-refundable deposit can be utilized as a credit towards rescheduling your picnic. Additionally, in case of unfavorable weather conditions, we offer the option to either relocate your picnic to an indoor space or reschedule it for a more suitable day.
